PLANNING APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS AVAILABLE for our booked couples to visit the venue for vendor visits, plan decor, meet with staff, etc.
Engagement shoot and bridal shoots available Monday-Friday by appointment if venue is available.
Payment plan: We are happy to help you set up a weekly/monthly payment plan to assist with financial planning until the balance is paid off.
Rehearsal: Rehearsals can be done the day before the wedding for 1 hour free of charge IF THE VENUE IS AVAILABLE.

Our couples enjoy the option to add a Rehearsal (5-9pm for a small fee)- up to 40 guests - the evening before your wedding day. You can have your rehearsal on-site, do your decor, and have your rehearsal dinner on the evening before your wedding day.

We require that our couples purchase Commercial General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability (if serving alcohol), in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. These policies usually cost around $150-$200.
DAY-OF COORDINATOR IS REQUIRED: Evergreen Magnolia Events SEE BELOW ($650 Day-of Coordination) is preferred for all your wedding planning/ coordination needs! Other coordinators are welcome as well!
If you are serving alcohol at your event, you must hire a security guard to be present while the alcohol is being served (cocktail hour and reception). This is usually $40/hr.

Micro-Weddings by Evergreen Magnolia Events
We have teamed up with Evergreen Magnolia Events to bring you affordable, intimate, stress-free elopement/micro weddings at Adelaide starting at $4,000.00 (Sun to Thurs) for up to 40 guests (4 hours).

Professional Wedding Planner & Designer
Evergreen Magnolia Events provides a wedding planner that will assist you through the entire process. She will ensure you have a stress-free experience with unlimited access to her via phone calls, texts and emails.
She will be there from the initial consultation, fluffing the bride's dress right before she walks down the aisle, all the way to the couple's send off!
Adelaide Events Venue
You will have full access to the venue and its facilities for 8 hours. This includes a bridal suite, grooms room, outdoor pavilion, ceremony garden, tables and chairs, and more!
All Décor & Furniture
We are a one-stop shop! This means we will provide all the chairs needed to accommodate up to 40 guests, a table for the heavy hors d'oeuvres, a gift table, and 3 cocktail tables all beautifully decorated to enhance your special day. (Please see gallery for an example.) We even provide a speaker with a microphone for ceremony music and announcements!
Music
A speaker will be provided to play music for the duration of your event. The coordinator will play your ceremony music and first dance songs.

Professional Wedding Photographer
A professional photographer will capture all of the intimate and romantic moments on your special day! Our photographer will provide an online gallery so you can view your beautiful wedding photos with your friends and family!
Dinner Buffet and hors d’oeuvres
Choose your dinner and hors d’oeuvres from one of our recommended caterers. You have the freedom to customize your menu to make your wedding day your own! You can also serve beer and wine with a licensed bartender!
We provide 2 of your choice of sweet tea, lemonade, or fruit-infused water.
Additionally, we have partnered with a rental company who will provide beautiful plates and flatware for your reception.
Wedding Cake
You can't have a wedding without a cake or cupcakes! Choose your flavor and filling and leave the rest to us!
